Boost Literacy on the Eastern Shore: Donate Now

Supporting Literacy Across the Eastern Shore, One Donation at a Time

The Eastern Shore Literacy Association (ESLA) is excited to announce its participation in the 2024 Shore Gives More fundraising campaign, a local initiative designed to support Eastern Shore nonprofits with a focus on improving the region’s quality of life. This year, ESLA aims to raise critical funds to continue its mission of enhancing literacy for all ages across the Eastern Shore.

The Shore Gives More campaign provides an opportunity for community members to make a difference by donating to local causes that matter most. The ESLA’s efforts are directed toward funding literacy programs, expanding access to resources for children and adults, and supporting educational initiatives that ensure lifelong learning on the Shore. By participating in the Shore Gives More campaign, ESLA hopes to raise funds to reach even more families and communities, ensuring that all individuals have the literacy skills they need to succeed in school, work, and life.

“We are thrilled to be part of this important community effort,” says Sarah Thomas, Executive Director of the Eastern Shore Literacy Association. “With the funds raised through this campaign, we will be able to expand our outreach, provide more educational materials, and offer essential literacy programs to those in need.”

To support the Eastern Shore Literacy Association’s participation in the Shore Gives More campaign, donors can visit the official campaign website and make a contribution now through December 3, 2024.
